98,978 People Crowded Ragunan Wildlife Park At The Beginning Of The New Year 2025

A total of 98,978 people packed the Ragunan Wildlife Park, South Jakarta, on January 1, 2025, to spend the 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year holidays.

"Alhamdulillah, it exceeds the target," said Head of Public Relations of Ragunan Wildlife Park, Wahyudi Bambang when contacted in Jakarta, Wednesday.

Bambang said the figure exceeded the target set for visitors to the New Year 2025, which was 80,000 people.

His party had predicted that the peak of visitors would occur on Wednesday (1/1). "Our prediction is that the peak of the visit will occur on January 1, 2025," he said.

The 98,978 visitors came in various modes of transportation. Those who arrived on 58 bicycles, 12,898 motorbikes, 5,245 cars and 35 buses.

"Then, as many as 5,147 visitors visited the Schmutzer Primata Center (PPS)," he said.

The estimated weather in Ragunan Wildlife Park in the New Year 2025, is sunny with an average temperature of 30 degrees Celsius.

Furthermore, to anticipate the peak of the crowd, the manager has added parking space.

Ticket payments are required to use Bank DKI Jakcard Cards, which are available in two versions of IDR 45,000 and IDR 75,000.

This card can be purchased at all Ragunan Zoo counters, with a minimum balance content of IDR 10,000 and filling can be done at all Ragunan Zoo counters and Transjakarta Bus Stops.
