Identity Of Two Suspected Terrorists In Jakarta Who Became Wanted List By Densus 88

JAKARTA - Densus 88 Counterterrorism re-published a search list of people (DPO) two suspected terrorists. They are a suspected terrorist network of DKI Jakarta.

"Yes, it is (the issuance of DPO)", Director of Public Relations Division of Police Ahmad Ramadhan told reporters, Tuesday, March 13.

Based on DPO data, both are residents of South Jakarta. They have the initials SN and SB.

Both are suspected of Article 15 jo Article 7 jo Article 9 of Law Number 5 of 2018 concerning amendments to Law Number 15 of 2003.

However, there is no further explanation about the allegations of the two being Jakarta groups. Ramadan mentioned that the police will give more information later.

"It will be delivered again later", he said.

As previously reported, Densus 88 Antiterror Police arrested 12 suspected terrorists in the DKI Jakarta area and surrounding areas. They belong to one group.

"So, the twelve suspected terrorists are one group", Ramadhan said.

From the initial examination, the suspected terrorist group was not yet affiliated with other terrorist networks. It means that the group becomes a new group.

"But it has not been affiliated with JAD or JI terrorism groups. Still, their actions fulfill the elements in the crime of terrorism", said Ramadhan.

"Yes (the new group). But their actions fulfilled the element of terrorism crimes", he continued.

Dozens of suspected terrorists have been secured in DKI Jakarta and surrounding areas, among others, HH, ZA, AJ, BS, WJ, NAA, AN, DK, AK, AP, NF, and W.

Meanwhile, Densus 88 Counterterror is still hunting four other suspected terrorists. They are ARH, YI, S, and SA who are already on the people search list (DPO).
