JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the winning team Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, said that there were more volunteers who were ready to win the cagub-cawagub pair.

In fact, Prasetyo claimed that there were volunteers supporting Pramono-Rano who were from the opposing camp, namely candidate pair number 1 Ridwan Kamil-Suswono. However, Prasetyo did not mention who the volunteer was.

"Residential friends are now not getting less, yes, it is increasing. But I didn't mention it, yes. There are also coming from there to us. That means the heart to choose a leader in Jakarta," said Prasetyo at the Pramono-Rano winning house, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday, October 3.

This condition, according to Prasetyo, occurred because the candidate pairs promoted by PDIP and the Hanura Party were compiling a vision and mission and program that directly touched the Jakarta issue.

The former chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD explained that Pramono and Rano also prioritized the program to solve Jakarta's main problems, such as flood control, congestion, and education issues.

Even the policies that will be implemented, continued Prasetyo, intersect with the Jakarta regional long-term program (RPJPD) plan for 2025-2045 and continue the previous DKI Jakarta Governor's programs to completion.

"I can't try it. With a large budget of IDR 81 trillion, if I try, everything will be worked on, nothing will happen, I won't get anything from Jakarta either," said Prasetyo.

In addition, Prasetyo said that all members of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD also always accompany Pramono-Rano in blusukan activities to meet residents. Thus, the problems complained by the public can be effectively absorbed to be resolved.

"Friends in the DPRD also move to accompany them when they go down (blusukan). When the candidate comes down here, there is our representative in the DPRD, there is our deputy in the DPRD, everyone is working with it. So you know the problem," he explained.

This way, according to Prasetyo, makes support for Pramono-Rano even more. This can be seen from the trend of the results of several surveys in the last two weeks starting to creep up.

"Once again, with all of us (participating in campaigns), we are the losing team (in the 2024 presidential election). But the spirit is to win (in the Jakarta gubernatorial election)," he added.
