Create A Political Contract To Promise Fulfillment Of Residential Rights, Residents Of Kampung Bayam Express Pramono's Choice In The Jakarta Gubernatorial Election

JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor number 3, Pramono Anung signed an integrity pact to fulfill his promise to the residents of Kampung Bayam on the right to occupy the Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB) residence.

This integrity pact is arguably a political contract between Pramono and the residents of Kampung Bayam. This is because the residents affected by the eviction of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) have expressed support for choosing Pramono and Rano Karno in the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

This was confirmed by the Chairman of the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group, Muhammad Furqon after receiving an integrity pact that had been signed by Pramono.

"I think (citizens) throughout DKI, should choose Pak Pram. If in DKI, is it Kampung Bayam too?" said Furqon in Hunian Meanwhile, Kampung Bayam, Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta, Thursday, September 26.

On that occasion, Furqon, who also had time to call for Pramono-Rano's slogan "Jakarta Langka", hoped that the candidates they supported could be elected governors and deputy governors of Jakarta.

"The main hope is that the residents of Kampung Bayam as citizens born in Indonesia, the rights of the people are returned to the people. Today God's destiny we can sit with Pak Pram. It's up to Allah to allow him, Pak Pram to be governor," Furqon explained.

Continuing, Pramono emphasized that he would immediately solve the problems of the residents of Kampung Bayam and immediately meet the housing needs of the residents who have been promised since the Anies Baswedan era led the Governor of DKI.

"In particular, Bang Doel and I have signed an integrity pact, what is the desire, the hope of the residents of Kampung Bayam if we are given the mandate to become governors and deputy governors, so that the issue of Kampung Bayam is resolved," said Pramono.

Moreover, Pramono emphasized that the Mayor of North Jakarta in June 2022 had issued a decree containing a list of residents of Kampung Bayam as potential residents of Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB).

However, the problem that has prevented the residents of Kampung Bayam from occupying KSB is because they did not find an agreement regarding the rental rate with PT Jakpro as the manager BUMD.

Jakpro argued that he could not hand over KSB as the residents of Kampung Bayam wanted for fear of violating the principles of good corporate governance (GCG).

The dead end continued until the leadership was replaced by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono who handed over the polemic to be resolved by Jakpro.

"So the settlement in Kampung Bayam must sit down the Mayor, Jakpro, and residents to find a way out. You can't then only have power, then you have to follow it," explained Pramono.

On the one hand, Pramono also handed over to the public whether his commitment was called a political contract or not. "Yes, his name is also an integrity pact, and an integrity pact, yes, an integrity pact. What do you want to interpret, just please," he concluded.
