Sabu Bandar in Matraman Admits to Receiving Supplies with the Modus Tempel and Adu Banteng

JAKARTA - A narcotics dealer of the type of methamphetamine with the initials WF alias Wendy alias Ncek admitted that he obtained methamphetamine supplies from a supplier with the initials P who is now on the Person Search List (DPO). The illegal goods were received through two different methods, namely the temple and bullfighting mode.

Kanit Reskrim Polsek Kawasan Sunda Kelapa AKP Eri Suroto said, based on the results of the examination, WF worked for P with a wage system.

"According to the suspect WF, the evidence was obtained from someone with the initials P with a salary or wage system," said AKP Eri to reporters, Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

He explained that the first delivery was made by sticking in the Berlan area, Central Jakarta. At that time, WF received 50 grams of methamphetamine.

"The suspect then broke the goods into 12 packages and distributed them through the paste system according to P's instructions," he said.

After all the packages were sold out, WF received a supply of 100 grams of methamphetamine. This time the transaction was carried out with the method of "bullfighting", namely meeting directly with the courier suruhan P in the Depok area, West Java.

"WF admitted that he obtained the methamphetamine through a direct meeting with P's subordinate in West Java," he explained.

However, the 100 grams of methamphetamine had not yet been broken up or distributed because it was first confiscated by the Opsnal Reskrim Team of the Sunda Kelapa Police Area when arrested.

According to AKP Eri, every time he managed to distribute all the methamphetamine he received, WF received a wage of between Rp. 2 million to Rp. 4 million which was transferred through a digital wallet application. In addition to money, he also received methamphetamine as a reward to be consumed himself.

"Currently we are still developing to hunt down the main supplier with the initials P who is suspected to be in the West Java region," he said.

Previously, the Sunda Kelapa Police arrested WF with his partner, MR alias Konde, at a rented house in the Pulogebang area, Cakung, East Jakarta. From the two of them, the police confiscated more than 107 grams of crystal meth along with a number of other evidence.

Both of them were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and/or Article 609 paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code.
