Pramono Calls His Resignation Letter Will Be Signed By Jokowi During The Determination Of Cagub-Cawagub Jakarta

JAKARTA - The candidate for governor of Jakarta, Pramono Anung, believes that President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will sign his resignation letter as Cabinet Secretary (Menseskab) in the near future.

This was conveyed by him in response to the not signing of the letter until now. Pramono said that Jokowi would definitely do so when he was appointed as a candidate for governor of Jakarta on 22 September.

"I have conveyed to him yesterday, indeed at IKN, I am still preparing a plenary cabinet meeting," Pramono told reporters in the South Jakarta area, Saturday, September 14.

"But if I have become a candidate for governor, I am sure he will consider giving permission, signing the Presidential Decree on my dismissal," he continued.

Even so, Pramono said Jokowi had full authority to sign his resignation letter. "I am the person who accompanied him for two terms. I certainly obey and obey the existing rules of the game," said the PDIP politician.

Therefore Pramono will wait for the moment of the signing. "I really respect the existing process," said Pramono.

President Jokowi previously agreed to the resignation letter from Pramono Anung as Cabinet Secretary Minister. However, he has not signed it.

This letter was submitted after he ran for governor of Jakarta with Rano Karno. The pair was promoted by the PDI-P (PDIP).
