Sahroni And Timses Must Anticipate The Impact Of Continuing Citizens' Rejection Of Ridwan Kamil

JAKARTA The Executive Director of IPR, Ujang Komarudin, believes that Ahmad Sahroni and his team must anticipate further impacts on residents' rejection of Ridwan Kamil (RK) in East Jakarta some time ago.

According to him, although it is not yet known who rejected the presence of RK, the impact of the rejection has the potential to spread, especially if those who reject RK are supporters of Anies Baswedan.

"It could be that from Anies supporters who were disappointed and one of them was passed on to the RK which was considered the cause of Anies' failure to compete in the Jakarta Pilkada," said Ujang, Sunday, September 8, 2024.

Therefore, as the newly elected team leader, Ahmad Sahroni must work extra hard so that RK does not again get rejection from Jakarta residents. Ujang stated that one way that Sahroni and the RK timses could do is take a humane approach.

"The approach must be carried out humanely, from heart to heart. In addition, it may also be necessary to collect first before RK goes to the field," he added.

He emphasized that consolidation in the field is a natural thing to do. On the other hand, RK must also be able to establish emotional attachment with Jakarta residents considering his image that has been attached to West Java.

Those steps must be considered by Sahroni and the RK timses. Otherwise, there may be another rejection that will have a wider impact," said Ujang.
