The auction was carried out based on the decisions of seven different defendants, namely the Corruption Court Decision at the Central Jakarta District Court Number 12/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst. dated May 30, 2018, on behalf of the defendant Sudiwardono who is the former Chairman of the Manado High Court.
Next, the Corruption Court Decision at the Surabaya District Court Number 113/Pid.sus/Tpk/2018/PN.Sby. dated September 27, 2018, in the name of the defendant Mas'ud Yunus, the former Mayor of Mojokerto.
