Central Java Police are following up on findings of alleged bullying against AR, a student of the Diponegoro University (Undip) Specialist Doctors Education Program (PPDS) Semarang who is suspected of having died from suicide.
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Artanto, said the Ministry of Health held a coordination meeting with the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Police regarding the findings of the investigation into the unfortunate incident.
"Coordination is related to the incident of death and news of bullying against PPDS Undip students," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, August 30.
According to him, there are a number of materials from the investigation by the Ministry of Health that have been submitted.
"The results of this investigation by the Ministry of Health will be tested in a forensic laboratory," he said.

Artanto said that more than 10 witnesses had been questioned, from the family to the victim's colleagues.
According to him, the police are also open to receiving reports of alleged bullying related to AR's death.
"We can contact the Ministry of Health or the police. Of course we protect those who speak," he said.
Previously, a student of the Specialist Doctors Education Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Undip Semarang, died allegedly of committing suicide at his boarding house on Lempongsari Street, Semarang City, Central Java.
The death of the victim with the initials AR who was found on Monday (12/8) is suspected to be related to bullying where he studied.
