In accordance with the Decision of the Deputy Chairperson of the Pontianak District Court Number: 10/Pen.Pid.Sus-TPK/2021/PN.PTK dated March 24, 2021, the assets belonging to or related to the suspect Benny Tjokro are one plot of land and/or building according to HGB No. 469 located in Pontianak City with an area of 9,820 square meters.
Furthermore, one plot of land and/or building according to HGB No. 511 which is located in Pontianak City with an area of 577 square meters.
"On the two parcels of land, stands a permanent building, namely the Pontianak Matahari Mall," said Leonard.
Meanwhile, based on the Decision of the Deputy Chairperson of the Pontianak District Court Number: 12/Pen.Pid.Sus-TPK/2021/PN.PTK dated March 24, 2021, assets belonging to or related to Benny Tjockrosaputro, namely one plot of land and/or building according to HGB No. 38 (formerly No. 2058) which is located in Pontianak City with an area of 2,034 square meters.
One plot of land and/or building according to HGB No. 57 (formerly No. 2055) which is located in Pontianak City with an area of 93 square meters.
"On the two plots of land stands a permanent building, namely the Maestro Hotel Pontianak," he said.
