Endus Of Drug Delivery To Labuanbatu, North Sumatra, Police Arrest 2 Men Bringing 10 Kg Of Methamphetamine

The police arrested two men with the initials ES (31) and SG (47) suspected of having 10 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and 30,000 ecstasy pills.

"The two suspects are residents of Tanjungbalai City, North Sumatra were arrested on Wednesday (August 21)," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi in Medan, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), Friday, August 23, confiscated by Antara.

Hadi said the disclosure began with information from the public received by Tebing Tinggi Police personnel, the delivery of drugs from Tanjungbalai City to North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra.

Furthermore, he said based on this information, personnel conducted an investigation and succeeded in arresting ES and SG who were riding a motorcycle without a license plate, on Jalan Lintas Sumatra East Ledong, Asahan Regency, to North Labuhanbatu, Wednesday, August 21.

"When the officers were examined, they found evidence in the form of 10 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine and three packs of bales containing 30,000 ecstasy pills, as well as an airsoft gun," said Hadi.

He said the two suspected drug owners admitted that the evidence of methamphetamine and ecstasy pills was obtained from someone on the orders of initials A, who is currently under investigation.

"Currently, the two suspects along with evidence have been brought to the Tebing Tinggi Police Headquarters for further investigation," said Hadi.
