JAKARTA Wahidin, a 38-year-old man, a resident of Cilincing, North Jakarta, was arrested after setting fire to his own house located in Bidara Village, Cilincing, Sunday, August 11.
The police said that Wahidin was desperate to burn his house because he was annoyed with his wife, Beliana.
"Allegedly, information on the husband burning the blanket because there was a dispute," said Head of North Jakarta Gulkarmat, Gatot Sulaiman in his statement, Monday, August 12.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cilincing Police, Iptu Pilipi Ginting, when confirmed, said that Wahidin was being investigated regarding the motive for committing the act.
