Jakarta Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono has led the process of releasing duplicates of the Red and White Heritage Flag and the Proclamation Text of the National Monument (Monas) to be circumvented to the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) of East Kalimantan.
