Two Teenagers In Cakung Threatened With 15 Years In Prison After Killing Other People's Lives During A Brawl

JAKARTA - Two HAR aka Adon (21) and RKN (17) perpetrators were threatened with 15 years in prison for beating MAA victim (20) to death during a brawl in front of the Warung Nangka Pulogebang gas station, Cakung, East Jakarta, Sunday, July 7.

"The two HAR and RKN perpetrators with child status in conflict with law (ABH) are subject to Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 170 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code and or Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 15 years in prison," said Cakung Police Chief Kompol Panji Ali Candra in East Jakarta, Friday.

The brawl between the Warko (victims) and Abadi (perpetrators) Gang occurred in the early hours of Sunday, July 7 at around 02.45 WIB, after the two groups of teenagers made an appointment via Instagram social media.

"The two groups went through each admin on Instagram to make a brawl at the TKP (the crime scene). The Warko gang initially challenged to do a brawl," he said.

As a result, MAA from the Warko gang died in the brawl after being rushed to Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta.

"The victim suffered an open wound on the upper left cheek due to a sickle. The victim also suffered open wounds on the back and right leg," he said.

From the crime scene and a series of investigations and investigations by officers, they just arrested the two perpetrators.

However, his party is still developing the possibility of other suspects.

From the perpetrators of RKN, a sharp corbek weapon was confiscated which was used to injure the victim at his home, while the other perpetrators of HAR threw sickles at the side of the Pulogebang Terminal.

"The two perpetrators are detained at the Cakung Police Headquarters and our members will continue to develop this case in order to arrest other perpetrators," he said.
