JAKARTA - Anies Baswedan admitted that he continued to communicate with a number of political parties regarding the opportunity for support for him to run for the DKI Jakarta Pilkada. Anies has now been announced that PKS will be promoted as a candidate for the Governor of DKI Jakarta. PKS also offered the name of the Deputy Chairperson of the PKS Syuro Council Sohibul Iman as the cawagub companion of Anies. PKB and NasDem also have a great opportunity to carry Anies in the gubernatorial election. However, the two parties have not stated an agreement with PKS regarding the name of the cawagub companion Anies. The former Governor of DKI Jakarta also sees himself still having enough time to get party recommendations so that he can run for the DKI Jakarta gubernatorial election during the registration period on August 27-29. In the same location, Chairman of the DKI Jakarta PKB Regional Leadership Council (DPW) Hasbiallah Ilyas emphasized that his party has not yet had one vote with PKS regarding the proposed name Sohibul Iman.
