JAKARTA - Two teenage brawlers with the initials IIJ (26) and NB (17) were arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Ciracas Police on Thursday, July 18.

As of Thursday morning, the two perpetrators were still being investigated intensively at the Ciracas Police Headquarters to account for their actions.

"The two perpetrators have been detained at the Ciracas Police Office. Both are charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 of the Criminal Code," he said.
