The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two witnesses regarding the alleged corruption in the procurement of liquid natural gas (LNG) at PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2011-2014 today, Wednesday, July 17. They are Harjana Kodiyat and Jugi Prajogio who are former Directors of Pertagas Niaga.
"KPK is examining witnesses for alleged criminal acts of corruption related to the procurement of LNG at PT Pertamina," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, July 17.
Tessa has not yet detailed the material investigated by investigators on Harjana and Jugi. "The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White House," said the spokesman with the investigator's background.
