BCL's Husband Avoids Media When He Comes To The South Jakarta Police For Examination

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police examined Bunga Citra Lestari's husband (BCL), Tiko Aryawardhana, regarding the alleged embezzlement of Rp6.9 billion in funds reported by his ex-wife Arina Winarto today, Thursday, July 11, at 10.00 WIB.

Dozens of media crews who have been waiting in front of the entrance to the Polres have been fooled. They hope that Tiko enters through the main door so that he can be questioned.

Until it was discovered that Tiko was undergoing an examination at the South Jakarta Police, a number of media waiting for Tiko were disappointed because they did not see his arrival.

Tiko's attorney, Irfan Aghasar confirmed that his client had fulfilled the summons at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"It is true that (Tiko) was present," said Irfan Aghasar when confirmed, Thursday, July 11.

He also explained that BCL's husband had fulfilled his first summons for a case that had now been investigated.

"Now it is according to the witness' summons. Examination as a witness," he said.

As in previous reports, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, said that Tiko would be questioned at 10.00 WIB.

"We scheduled Tiko's summons at 10:00 WIB," Bintoro said when confirmed, Thursday, July 11.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary, explained that the South Jakarta Metro Police investigators had examined several witnesses, one of which was the bank.

The summons from the bank is to find out the flow of funds to transactions that are allegedly not in accordance with their designation.

"After several witnesses were examined, including the complainant, the banking sector to find out the flow of funds, transactions, because from the reports made, it was suspected that there was embezzlement of money," he explained.
