NTT Prosecutor's Office Receives Refund Of Money Alleged Corruption In Bulog Waingapu Government Rice Reserves Of IDR 152 Million From 5 Witnesses

NTT - The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) received a refund of Rp. 152 million from five witnesses in the alleged corruption case in the implementation of government rice reserves (CBP) at the Bulog Perum, the Waingapu branch office.

Head of the Legal Information Section of the NTT Prosecutor's Office, AA Raka Putra, said the witnesses who returned the money had enjoyed the benefits of this alleged corruption.

He said the confiscated money came from witness Go Siane worth Rp. 102.5 million, which was the refund from Zulkarnain.

Go Sine is the owner of the RPK Sharon. The money returned was used by the suspect Zulkarnain to pay SPHP rice to Go Siane. However, Go Siane did not give the suspect physical SPHP rice.

Then, the confiscated money amounted to Rp7.5 million from witness Deddy Peter Name. The money was given by the intermediary Risky Daud Kase on behalf of Deddy Name.

Furthermore, the Rp20 million that was confiscated from witness Ade Roberto Lico was an employee of Bulog Waingapu Branch.

Then, the confiscated money of Rp. 15 million from witness Christiany J Kale who is also an employee at Bulog Waingapu Branch, and Rp. 7 million which was confiscated from witness Ace Nguru Logo, an employee at the same office.

He said the money confiscated from the witnesses was currently deposited in a government account, namely the NTT High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).

Previously, investigators in the Special Crimes Division of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) had named two suspects in the alleged corruption of Perum Bulog, the Waingapu branch office for the 2023 and 2024 Fiscal Years.

The two suspects are Zulkarnain who is a former Head of Bulog Waingapu Branch and Risky Daun Kase who is an assistant manager of Perum Bulog Waingapu Branch.
