Expected To Run In The 2024 Central Java Gubernatorial Election, Kaesang: Thank You

SOLO - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep expressed his gratitude to several parties that have carried it in the 2024 Central Java Governor Election (Pilgub Jateng).

He also assessed that Central Java needs a leader who is able to solve various problems, therefore a leader is needed who is able to solve these various problems.

"Central Java is a province that is quite large, a complex problem. It takes leaders who can solve problems in Central Java," he said, quoted by ANTARA after the Sura 1st Kiranation at Mangkunegaran Temple Solo, Central Java, Sunday, July 7 evening.

According to Kaesang, Central Java is a big province whose problem is quite complex.

Regarding him who is predicted to be the next leader in Central Java, he only expressed his gratitude to the supportive party.

"We appreciate everyone who wants to carry us. But back again, Central Java is a big province, a complex problem," he said.

Previously, the Chairperson of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Puan Maharani said that her party was considering the name Kaesang Pangarep, who is the son of Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), in the 2024 Central Java (Central Java) Pilkada.

"Yes, (Kaesang) is also one of the considerations," said Puan.

He also responded positively to the results of the latest survey by the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI) which placed Kaesang in second place with the most support in the simulation of the top of mind regarding the candidate for the candidate for governor of Central Java.

Puan even admitted that she did not question the name Kaesang who received higher support from the Chairman of the Central Java PDIP DPD Bambang Wuryanto alias Bambang Pacul in the survey.
