PKB Proposes Nagita Slavina To Be Bobby Nasution's Assistant In The 2024 North Sumatra Gubernatorial Election

JAKARTA - The National Awakening Party (PKB) officially carries Bobby Nasution as a candidate for Governor of North Sumatra in the 2024 Pilkada. PKB also proposed that Nagita Slavina become a candidate for deputy governor to accompany President Joko Widodo's son-in-law.

This was revealed by the Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of PKB Jazilul Fawaid after giving a recommendation to Bobby.

"I conveyed to Mas Bobby, indeed this is the era of social media, we propose that Mbak Nagita Slavina accompany him," said Jazilul at the PKB DPP Office, Central Jakarta, Thursday, July 4.

Jazilul then asked Bobby to convey to other political parties who also brought him up regarding the PKB proposal that presented the name of Raffi Ahmad's wife as his cawagub.

"One example proposed by PKB, I am sure it is open, another party proposes the name of the woman who will accompany Mas Bobby," said Jazilul.

Jazilul continued, currently Bobby has pocketed recommendations for the suspension of 7 parties. Several parties had previously announced that they would carry President Joko Widodo's son-in-law in the North Sumatra gubernatorial election.

"There are PKB, Golkar, Gerindra, NasDem, PAN, Democrats, PPP. So, a lot. That means, this is a big coalition, if we call it, it is a super coalition that implies, showing that the light of victory is in Mas Bobby," said Jazilul.

Continuing, Bobby admitted that he had received many proposals for female figures to be his companions in the North Sumatra gubernatorial election. The Mayor of Medan said he would submit the proposal for Nagita's name to the supporting political parties.

"Certainly, because the names proposed from the coalition party must be submitted. If it is not conveyed, the PKB will definitely convey it itself too. So I will convey it," explained Bobby.

Previously, two North Sumatra gubernatorial candidates had conducted a fit and proper test (UKK) at PKB, namely former North Sumatra Governor Edy Rahmayadi and Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution. Until finally, PKB decided to carry Bobby.
