Owner Of A Household Tool Shop In Duren Sawit Dies By His Own Son, Hurts To Be Accused Of Stealing Money

JAKARTA - The Sub-Directorate of Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya has named one suspect in the murder of Safri, the owner of a household appliance shop (kelontong) on Jalan Masjid Baitul Latif, RT 01/04, Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

The perpetrator with the initials K (17) is a woman who is none other than the victim's own child.

"In accordance with the facts and initial examinations that we carried out, there was only one perpetrator. Because from the start we arrested and examined according to the facts of the investigation of the perpetrators, only 1 person," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBPKalau Yudho Uly when confirmed, Monday, June 24.

From the results of K's statement to the police, on Saturday, June 21, perpetrator K admitted that he had stabbed his biological father with the initials S using a knife so that the victim finally died.

The perpetrator with the initials K was arrested by a joint team of Polda Metro Jaya and Polsek Duren Sawit on Jalan Masjid Baitul Latif, RT 01/03, Kelurahan Pondok Bambu, Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.

The Head of the Duren Sawit Police, AKP Sutikno, added that the motive for the perpetrator had the heart to kill his biological father was because he was hurt.

"The motive is suspected to be temporarily hurt because it is suspected or accused of stealing money belonging to his parents. Then the perpetrator was scolded so that he became hurt. (at the time of the incident) The victim was in the shop resting," he said when confirmed.

Previously, a household appliance shop owner was found dead covered in blood in a shop located in the East Flood Canal (KBT) market, RY 01/03, Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Saturday, June 22.

The victim died as a result of being killed by the perpetrator who managed to escape. The reason is that when found and identified the victim's body, the police found two stab wounds to the chest.

The discovery of the murder victim had made the residents of the KBT Market furious. The victim was found still covered in blood and lying on the floor of his shop.

The victim was first discovered by a colleague who is also a fellow merchant. The victim's colleague was suspicious because the victim's shop had been closed 3 days ago.

The victim's colleague then forcibly opened and found the victim dead in his stall.

"First, I wanted to take the goods inside, then it turned out to be a kiosk on the lock. I was nervous when I took the goods inside (the victim's body) and hit the leg," Riyaldi, an eye witness to the incident to reporters, Saturday, June 22.
