Danny Pomanto Pamer Makassar Becomes One Of The Happyest Cities In The World

Makassar City has made another achievement because it is the only city in Indonesia that has been designated as included in the category of the Happy City of the World based on Happy City Index.

"The only one from Indonesia is Makassar. Better than several cities in the world," said Makassar Mayor Moh Ramdhan in Makassar as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 19.

Happy City Index has placed Makassar City ranked 234th out of 250 cities around the world as the Happyest City.

Pomanto expressed his gratitude because Makassar has received three categories internationally. The first City Index is in its 157th position in the world.

The second is the 115th Smart City Index in the world, and the third is Happiness Index as one of the 250 cities in the world out of 10,000 which is considered the Happyest City.

Danny said, this title at the same time dismissed Makassar's view as a city of demonstrations and other unproven views.

Including further confirming the survey that Makassar City Happiness Index reached 82.9 percent. "This means that this is proven worldwide," he said.

The Happy City Index is calculated based on several indicators, such as City 207.1, Government 225.8, Economy 322.9, Environment, 230.6, and Mobility 244.3. From all his assessments, the city with the nickname Anging Mammiri got a score of 1230.7.
