12 Defendants Of The Seluma Bengkulu BPBD Corruption Case Sentenced To 1 Year In Prison

BENGKULU - Bengkulu District Court (PN) handed down different sentences against 12 defendants in the case of corruption in unexpected costs (BTT) at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Seluma Regency. "The defendants were legally and convincingly proven to have committed acts against the law by enriching themselves," said Bengkulu District Court Chief Justice Fauzi Isra when reading the decision on the corruption case in Bengkulu City, Tuesday, June 11, confiscated by Antara.

This is in accordance with Article 3 junto article 18 letter A, letter B paragraph 2 paragraph 3 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 13 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to UURI number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and Jo article 64 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

1. The Head of BPBD Seluma Regency, Mirin Najib was sentenced to one year in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, a subsidiary of one month and a court fee of Rp. 5,000. 2. Head of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of BPBD Seluma Pauzan Aroni Regency with a sentence of one year in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, subsidiary of one month

3. Defendant Decki Irawan as CV. Construction Racing DN with a subsidiary of one month and a fine of Rp. 50 million and a burden of returning state money of Rp. 750 million if it is not able will be carried out with an additional penalty. 4. Defendant Nopian Hadinata director of CV. Atha Buana Consultant with a one-year sentence with a fine of Rp. 50 million with a subsidiary of one month and a replacement fee of Rp. 138 million.

5. Deputy Director of CV. Azelia Roza Lestari Sofian Efendi with a sentence of one year in prison and a fine of 20 million subsidiary of one month and a replacement fee of Rp. 159 million.

6. Wakil Direktur CV. Seluma Jaya Konstruksi Alma Jumiarto dengan hukuman satu tahun dengan denda Rp50 juta subsider dan biaya pengganti Rp78 juta.

7. Director of CV. Permata Group, Sugito, is one year in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, subsidiary of one month and replacement money of Rp. 102 million. 8. Defendant Deputy Director of CV. DN Racing Construction Nusaryo with a sentence of one year in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, a subsidiary of one month and a replacement fee of Rp. 30 million

9. Deputy Director of CV. DN Racing Construction, Gustian Efendi, namely one year in prison and a fine of Rp. 50 million, subsidiary of one month. 10. Defendant Deputy Director of CV. Fello Putri Paiker, Emron Muklis with a sentence of one year in prison and a fine of Rp. 50 million, subsidiary of one month and compensation of Rp. 17 million

11. Deputy Director of CV. Cahaya Darma Konstruksi, Cihonggi Preono was sentenced to one year in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, a subsidiary of one month and compensation of state losses of Rp. 750 million.12. Director of CV. Defira, Suparman, with a sentence of one year in prison, a fine of Rp. 50 million with a subsidiary of one month in prison.
