TANGERANG - Police revealed the cause of death of a father named Mustari (55) who was killed by his son Yanto (35). In previous reports, the victim was said to have died from being stabbed, but the police straightened out that the victim died from being hit with a stone while sleeping.

"He was killed as a result of suffering a wound to his head by bleeding a lot on the bed," said Sepatan Police Chief, AKP Sriyono when confirmed, Friday, May 17.

Sriyono explained that the incident began when the victim's wife, Siti Rohoni, stayed at her son's house, which is located in front of the house where the incident occurred, on Jalan Kedaung Rajeg, Sepatan, Tangerang Regency.

Then Siti returned to her house on Thursday, May 16, at 04.30 WIB. It turned out that he saw that the victim was already in a state of injuries to his head by bleeding a lot of blood on the mattress.

Siti also shouted for help from her child in front of the victim's house. After checking, it turned out that the victim had died.

"At that time a paving block was found on the floor right above the victim's head," he said.

After the morning, Yanto surrendered to the police with his family. Based on the statement of the victim's wife, Yanto had a mental disorder.

"The perpetrator has a mental disorder. Currently, the perpetrator has been successfully secured at the Sepatan Police," he said.
