Megawati Monitors The Presidential Club Initiated By Elected President Prabowo Subianto

Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto said the general chairman, Megawati Soekarnoputri, monitors various political dynamics in the country. One of them is related to the presidential club which became the idea of the elected president for the 2024-2029 period, Prabowo Subianto. "Things related to the presidential club are also that the mother reads, gets information from the media, and also from our report we convey periodically to her," Hasto told reporters at the National Gallery, Central Jakarta, Monday, May 13. In addition, there are a number of other issues that Megawati is also monitoring. Among them are the problems of the nation and the world. "The 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia is said to often have discussions," said Hasto. “ Including fundamental things such as food problems, then global warming became a routine agenda for Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri,” he said. The plan to form this presidential club was originally conveyed by Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak, who is the spokesman for the elected president for the 2024-2029 period, Prabowo Subianto. He said that the presidents of the past period would be invited to join such as Megawati Soekarnoputri and Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

This club is expected to unite the presidents and become a place for discussion about national issues. Thus, the friendship between them can be maintained.
