JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named the former Managing Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory C Pintonoan, as a suspect in the alleged corruption in the purchase of land for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's IDR 0 DP.

Responding to this, Gembong Warsono, the head of the PDIP faction at the DPRD, assessed that the housing ownership program for residents who are the mainstay of DKI Governor Anies Baswedan is indeed problematic.

"From the start, the DP was zero in trouble. But now (Yoory) is in legal proceedings. Yes, we will submit it in the legal process," said Gembong when contacted, Monday, March 8.

According to Gembong, during Anies' more than three years of leadership, this program did not go well. The realization of new housing was built in one location in the Pondok Kelapa area, East Jakarta.

Then, as of November 9, 2020, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has just distributed home ownership credit (KPR) for the DP home program of IDR 0 to 514 registered residents.

In fact, the target number of DP houses of IDR 0 that must be built during the leadership of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is 232,214 units. In fact, the number of applicants for the IDR 0 DP house is quite high. Unfortunately, many applicants do not pass the verification.

"Since the beginning, we have always said that the zero rupiah DP program is difficult to be implemented in the field. Why is it difficult? Because it involves regulations. This zero DP is not a single policy. Not only the governor's policy but there are others. Banking for example," said Gembong.

"Now, the issue has led to legal issues over the purchase of the land. Yes, we obey and obey the legal process," he continued.

According to Gembong, the case of alleged corruption of the land for the DP House of IDR 0 shows that Anies must clean up. He must evaluate the program that has become a mainstay since the 2017 DKI Pilgub campaign.

"This is DKI's responsibility for an in-depth evaluation. However, this is included in the RPJMD that must be done. If there is this case, DKI will definitely conduct a detailed evaluation of what is the problem," explained Gembong.

Previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was conducting an investigation into the alleged corruption case of land purchase for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's DP 0 Rupiah Program by DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMDs).

"It is true, after two sufficient preliminary pieces of evidence were found, the KPK is currently carrying out investigations into alleged TPK related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali. Fikri.

Shortly afterward, Anies Baswedan dismissed Yoory C. Pinontoan from the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

"The governor at that time immediately made a decision to deactivate the person concerned. In this case, Yoory will follow the legal process by adhering to the presumption of innocence," said the Acting Head of BP BUMD for DKI Jakarta Province, Riyadi.
