Woman At Depok UI Station Falls And Stuck On The Platform Sela When The Train Comes

DEPOK - A woman fell on the sidelines of a platform at Depok Station, West Java. What's terrible is that the victim had not had time to return to the top, the train arrived. Automatically the victim was stuck between the platform and the train.

External Relations & Corporate Image Care of PT KCI Leza Arlan confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Monday, April 29, at 16.45 WIB.

He explained that the Electric Rail Train (KRL) from Bogor to Jakarta arrived at the University of Indonesia Station (UI), Depok, West Java, the victim fell on the sidelines of the platform.

"When I was about to step aside, the user slipped," said Leza when confirmed, Tuesday, April 30.

After that, the officers immediately helped the victim by asking not to move his legs or body so as not to be hit by the train driving engine.

According to him, after the train runs, the victim will only be evacuated.

The fallen user was asked to remain silent on the sidelines of the platform until the train was running. After that the user was assisted by officers. The user's (uninjured) victim continued his journey back," he said.

Leza appealed to KRL users to stay focused and careful when stepping or boarding the train. The goal is to prevent unwanted incidents from happening.

"We urge users to be careful when moving, focus and not rush. Prioritize users who will get off and not force their way up when the train condition is full," he concluded.
