He explained that suspect C was a recidivist in the same case before.
"If this perpetrator is indeed from the results of the examination process, the recidivist of the narcotics case concerned has just been released from a narcotics prison in the Riau Islands area, but from the results of the data concerned, he has been in and out of prison twice in the same case," he said.
The Director of Drugs and Drugs at the Riau Islands Police, Kombes Dony Alexander, explained that based on the results of the examination process, suspect C already had a group to coordinate so that he could bring narcotics from Malaysia to Indonesia.
