TANGERANG - Police have named the driver of Honda Brio, the hospital that killed the motorcyclist with the initials AR and 3 traders injured on Jalan BSD Raya, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency as suspects.

"Yes, he has become a suspect (the Honda Brio driver)," said Head of South Tangerang Police Laka, Iptu Yustinus Yunus when confirmed, Monday, April 1.

Yustinus said that the suspect RS was charged with Articles 310 Paragraph (2), (2) (3) and (4) of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation with a maximum threat of 6 years in prison.

"The maximum imprisonment is six years," he said

An accident between a car, motorbike and a trader occurred on Jalan BSD Raya, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, Wednesday, March 27. One person was reported dead for the incident.

The incident began when the Honda Brio car driven by the hospital drove from Q-Big BSD to Gading Serpong, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency.

Arriving at the scene of the incident, the hospital allegedly lost its concentration and hit a motorcyclist driven by CT and rode with AR.

AR died on the spot and the motorcyclist, CT, suffered head injuries. After hitting the motorbike, the hospital did not stop his car, he continued to drive until he finally hit three traders at the scene.

The three traders involved in the accident suffered serious injuries.

Meanwhile, a mobile coffee seller, FS (34) was injured in the back of the neck, abrasions on his hands and feet.
