BMKG: This Afternoon Three Areas In Jakarta Are Forecasted To Rain

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that three areas of DKI Jakarta, namely West Jakarta, South Jakarta and East Jakarta, will experience light rain on Sunday afternoon. BMKG through its official website monitored in Jakarta, Sunday morning, predicting that since the morning the weather in the Jakarta and the Thousand Islands areas will be cloudy. However, during the day only West Jakarta, South Jakarta and East Jakarta are expected to have light rain, while other areas are expected to be cloudy. BMKG issued an early warning so that people are aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in parts of South Jakarta in the afternoon to evening.

On Sunday night, all areas of Jakarta and the Thousand Islands are predicted to be cloudy. The air temperature in Jakarta is estimated to be in the minimum range of 24 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius with an estimated humidity level in the range of 80-95 percent. The highest temperature is in the Central Jakarta and North Jakarta areas with temperatures ranging from 25-30 degrees Celsius and humidity in the range of 85-95 percent.
