JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court issued a registration number for the application for the 2024 Presidential Election Result Dispute (PHPU) case submitted by candidate pairs number 1 and 3. Quoted from the official website of the Constitutional Court (MK) via Antara, Monday, March 25, the application submitted by candidate pair number 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar as the applicant was registered with registration number 1/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024. The application was also recorded in the Petition Application Application Deed (AP3) Number 01-01/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024. It was recorded as the respondent in the case were the Indonesian KPU and those who acted as the applicant's attorney were Ari Yusuf Amir, Sugito, and Zaid Mushafi. Meanwhile, the application submitted by candidate pair number 3 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md as the applicant was registered with registration number 2/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024. The application was also recorded in AP3 with Number 02-03/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024. It was recorded that the respondents were the Indonesian KPU and those who acted as the applicant's attorney were Maqdir Ismail, Yanuar P. Wasesa, and Todung M. Lubis. Meanwhile, as of Monday at 16.55 WIB, the number of submissions for the DPR/DPRD PHPU case was recorded as many as 263 applications, the submission of DPD PHPU cases as many as 12 applications, and the submission of two presidential election PHPU cases, so that a total of 277 applications were submitted. Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Saldi Isra, said that the number of PHPU cases in the Legislative Election is still fluctuating because there are still several individual requests that are members of the party's petition, so it needs to be improved. "If there is a legislative application, there is an individual application that must be separated from the application submitted by the party. Well, sometimes there are things that he puts on the party's petition so that we have to separate. Maybe there are shifts like that," said Saldi. He said the certainty of the number of cases would be known after the process of recording the applicant's application in the Electronic Constitutional Case Registration Book (e-BRPK) was completed.

Based on the schedule, this Monday, the stages carried out are recording the applicant's application in e-BRPK and issuing the Constitutional Case Registration Deed (ARPK).
