Investigate The Case Of Dante's Death, The Police Will Involve The Polygraph Expert

JAKARTA - Handling the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara, who is suspected of being drowned by Yudha Arfandi, continues. Most recently, investigators will ask for information from polygraphists and criminologists.

"Then in the near future there will be an examination of polygraphic and criminologist experts. This is a manifestation of the interfession cooperation efforts carried out by investigators to make this case clear," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syma Indradi to reporters, Thursday, February 29.

Polygraph is known to be a method to test someone's honesty through body reactions.

However, regarding the suspect being examined using the polygraph method, Ade did not convey it straightforwardly. It is only said that the examination is for the benefit of investigators in compiling the incident in the case of Dante's death.

In addition, the progress of the investigation process has asked 9 experts for information. They include criminal experts, forensic psychology, forensic medicine, forensic laboratories, cyber experts, body gesture experts, and people who have swimming certification.

"The investigator's consideration is for the purposes of proving a criminal incident that is being investigated. Based on this consideration, investigators consider hugging expert ab and so on in order to complete the story, the events that are being investigated are intact," said Ade.

In handling this case, investigators have carried out reconstructions in two locations, namely Polda Metro Jaya and Taman Pond Swimming Tirta, Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.

In the reconstruction, there were 115 scenes that were re-enacted. In which, 65 of them described when the suspect buried Dante's body in the water.

Yudha Arfandi drowned Dante 12 times at different times.

In this case, Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
