KLB's Will To 'Remove' AHY Is Getting Stronger After 6 Democrats Senior Are Fired

JAKARTA - Democrat Party Declarator Darmizal said that his party is increasingly enthusiastic about holding an extraordinary congress (KLB) to 'remove' Agus Hari Murtiyudhoyono. This followed the unilateral dismissal of six senior cadres.

"This dismissal, for us, is a milestone in the most monumental history, to be more enthusiastic and militant in holding an Extraordinary Congress, to restore cadres' rights," Darmizal said in an official statement, as quoted on Sunday, February 28.

According to him, this step of dismissal shows the original attitude of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. "This dismissal shows the true face of SBY, is anti-criticism, undemocratic and manages the party according to his and his family's tastes," said Darmizal.

Darmizal also emphasized that this action will make the cadres' struggle to improve the Democratic party even stronger. All cadres will use this momentum to fight the arrogance that has occurred so far. For example, suppressing the power, quoting contributions, transactional politics, and without transparency in the management of party finances.

"This dismissal will increasingly make the party's agenda to be changed and improvement more vibrant, even bigger. The KLB, God willing, will be carried out soon," he said.

In line with that, said Darmizal, he and the six other senior cadres would certainly take the best action. One of them is by submitting the matter of this dismissal to the State Administrative Court. Immediately they did at the first opportunity.

The former SBY-JK volunteer even said, "We will not remain silent seeing this arrogance and authoritarianism. Now already caught red-handed so we other seniors, will not hesitate to expose all their political sins in public and immediately without exception", said Darmizal.
