Bawaslu Processes Alleged Cheating In Kertosono Nganjuk

Chairman of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) Rahmat Bagja said his party was processing allegations of fraud in Kertosono District, Nganjuk Regency, East Java.

"Yes, it's being processed by Kertosono, the one with the video is on social media, right?" Bagja said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, February 26th.

Meanwhile, he denied that the alleged fraud involved an order from the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU).

"When did you suddenly come from the Central KPU directly to the PPK (District Election Committee)? Cook? No. Yes, it's a bit difficult. The range of command routes is a bit far," he said.

However, Bagja said that orders for fraud, the medium for conveying orders, and all kinds of processes related to the alleged fraud must be proven if in criminal law.
