Due To Being Billed For Debt, The Man In Sunter Agung Has The Heart To Kill His Nephew

JAKARTA Claiming to be hurt by being billed for debt, a uncle with the initials DZ (53) killed his own nephew AZA (15). DZ's anger peaked when the victim's parents collected debts to him. So that a bloodshed took place which resulted in the loss of life for a child.

Tanjung Priok Police Chief, Kompol Nazirwan said the incident occurred in Cempaka, Sunter Agung, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, last Friday, February 2.

Nazirwan explained that his party received reports of an accident. However, after being investigated it was revealed that the victim was killed.

"There were irregularities due to injuries to the upper part of the head that the victim did not show the result of the accident," Nazirwan told reporters, Monday, February 26.

On that basis, his party conducted a crime scene (TKP). As a result, it was concluded that the victim died allegedly because he was murdered.

"The crime scene was carried out and it was concluded that AZA's death was murdered and not an accident as reported," he said.

After investigating the testimony of witnesses and CCTV footage, it was revealed that the victim's uncle was the last to visit the crime scene.

Armed with this information, the joint team hunted down the perpetrators (DZ) and managed to secure them at the Sudimara (Tangerang) train station on Sunday, February 18.

"The perpetrator was arrested at Sudimara Station while trying to escape to Rangkas Bitung," he said.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator DZ (53) was charged with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code, Article 76C of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 35 of 2014, and Article 80 paragraph (3) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 is threatened with 15 years in prison.
