JAKARTA - Several people were reportedly caught on Friday in a burning commercial building in the city of Seongnam, South Korea, south of Seoul.

Reported by Reuters on Friday, January 3, YTN television broadcast video footage of an eight-story building shrouded in black smoke with flames burning downstairs.

"No reports of victims have been confirmed yet," said YTN.
