Ridwan Kamil Takes These 5 'Bekal' To The DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election

JAKARTA - Former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil or Kang Emil appreciated the community's support after the OTW' billboards emerged to Jakarta. He was grateful but also asked the public to be patient waiting for the breakthrough he would do.

"Thank you for the support and enthusiasm of the community. But I hope the public is patient. Please wait on February 29, 2024," Ridwan Kamil told reporters, Monday, February 26.

Although it is not certain that he will run in the Jakarta gubernatorial election (Pilgub) this year, he has brought five capitals. Starting from pocketing the recommendations of the Golkar Party to winning the presidential and vice presidential candidates number two, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka in West Java.

For recommendations from the Golkar Party, Ridwan admitted that he received two assignment letters. One in West Java, two in DKI. So the letter is two, "he told reporters some time ago.

"When the people of DKI Jakarta were asked about their support for the 24 figures mentioned, Ridwan Kamil was the one who received the most advanced support as a candidate for Governor of DKI Jakarta in 2024, which was 69.7 percent," said Populi Center researcher Dimas Ramadhan.
