Emil Dardak Meets Gibran, Alludes To Young People In East Java Waiting For Gathering Arrival

SURAKARTA - Former deputy governor of East Java Emil ElestiantoDardak said that young people in East Java were waiting for the arrival of Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka to stay in touch, especially after the candidate pair Prabowo-Gibrankul calculated the results of the 2024 presidential election quickly.

"Earlier I also said that in East Java I was also waiting for his arrival to stay in touch," Emil said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, February 26.

As a candidate for vice president, Emil hopes that Gibran can inspire the younger generation in all regions in the country to continue working.

According to Emil, many young people are looking forward to Gibran's work as the next vice president. Karanya is expected to bring a new color to the younger generation in Indonesia.

"There is a lot of hope for the people of East Java, especially the young people. I told you, one time, I've been to a furniture in the Surabaya area, it might still be early, I'm still looking for a meeting, then it's called a chair for meeting and different work. I said no, if the young people are now chairs, and that's the work. Wow, young people, like Mas Gibran, yes, that's how it is imaged in the people of Surabaya, young people are very excited with Mas Gibran, "said Emil.

Emil also appreciated Gibran's loyalty to the city of Surakarta. According to him, until now, Gibran is still showing good performance as mayor of Surakarta.

"He still really loves Solo, yes. So everything he does in Solo wants to be resolved," he added.

Meanwhile, on the same occasion, Gibran admitted that he would soon visit several areas in East Java.

"I will immediately visit several locations in East Java. Yes, later when it is scheduled," said Gibran.
