JAKARTA - The manager of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) responded to an event held by an organization suspected of being affiliated with Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). Head of the Public Relations Section of TMII, Novera Mayang, said that his party before the event was held had received a letter from the organizing committee on Wednesday, February 2.
"We were given to receive the previous letter related to the Isra Mi'raj 1445 H Commemoration activity located at the Tanah Airku Theater Building. The letter submitted was in the form of a free pass application and a shuttle activity. Regarding this free pass application, the TMII management did not grant it and still paid according to the provisions," he said, Friday, February 23.
Mayang said that the event which was held at the asset location managed by third-party partners had also received a crowd permit.
