JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin invites Confucian people to make the Chinese New Year 2575 Kongzili a momentum for improvement and increased integrity.

"On this solemn Chinese New Year, let's welcome together as a momentum for self-improvement, increasing integrity and strengthening the commitment of the nation and better countries, in order to face challenges in the future," said the Vice President in a Chinese New Year 2575 Kongzili statement watched via video quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, February 10.

The vice president said the Chinese New Year for Confucians is a very important moment of reflection and thanksgiving, and is colored by the spirit of self-renewing.

Therefore, the Vice President hopes that all Confucian people will always be able to renew themselves, actively participate and contribute positively in the midst of social, national and state life.

Through this Chinese New Year celebration, the Vice President also hopes that Confucian people will receive guidance, protection and blessings, and become better people.
