JAKARTA - A total of 91 cat and 8 dogs were vaccinated against free rabies by the Central Jakarta City Government at RPTRA Melati 04, Bendungan Hilir Village, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, January 23.
The free vaccination was held by the Central Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture Security Service (Sudin KPKP).
Acting Head of KPKP Sub-district Tanah Abang Supono said this vaccination was a form of support from the KPKP Office to maintain rabies-free DKI Jakarta.
"In 2024, RPTRA Melati 04 will be the first location for rabies vaccination for 91 cats and eight dogs. It is planned that the vaccine will continue in other urban villages," Supono told reporters, Tuesday, January 23.
