Central Java Police Deploy Labfor Team To Investigate The Burning Of Karaoke Places In Tegal Died 6 People

Central Java (Central Java) Police deployed a forensic laboratory team (labfor) to investigate the cause of the fire at a karaoke place in Tegal City that killed six people.

"The Central Java Police Labfor team was dispatched to determine the cause of the fire," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Satake Bayu Setianto in Semarang, Central Java, January 15, confiscated by Antara.

According to him, the police could not confirm the cause of the fire.

He said, apart from the six victims who died, there were three other victims who were residents of karaoke places who had to be treated at the Kardinah Hospital in Tegal City.

The identities of the six victims who died were Nurmala Andrianti (21) a resident of Purwakarta Regency, Ika Nurhayatin (27) a resident of West Bandung Regency, Putri Nur Fajar (29) a resident of Cirebon Regency, Anggun Silviana (23) a resident of Tegal Regency, Ajeng Siti Womariyah (27) a resident of Pemalang Regency, and Ila Saripah (31) a resident of Purwakarta Regency.

Previously, a fire hit a karaoke place on Jalan Veteran, Tegal City on Monday, January 15 morning.

Six people died in the fire which was thought to have been caused by inhaling carbon dioxide.

A number of fire engines, including a water cannon car belonging to the Tegal Police, were deployed to extinguish the fire.
