President Jokowi Inaugurates The BPJS Health Supervisory Board, Chairman Achmad Yurianto

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated and took an oath of office as Member of the Supervisory Board and Directors of BPJS Health and Employment, at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Monday, February 22.

This inauguration was carried out based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia (Keppres) Number 37/P of 2021 concerning the Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board and Membership of the Board of Directors of BPJS Health for the Term of Office 2021-2026.

Then, the Presidential Decree Number 38/P of 2021 concerning the Appointment of Membership of the Supervisory Board and Membership of the Board of Directors of BPJS Employment for the Term of Office for 2021-2026 which was stipulated in Jakarta on 19 February 2021.

The members of the BPJS Health Supervisory Board who are inaugurated are:

1. Achmad Yurianto, as Chairman and member, represents the Government elements

2. Regina Maria Wiwieng Handayani, as a member, represents the Government elements

3. Indra Yana, as a member, represents the worker element

4. Siruaya Utamawan, as a member, represents the worker element

5. Iftida Yasar, as a member, represents the employer element 

6. Inda Deryanne Hasman, as a member, represents the employer element 

7. Ibn Naser Arrohimi, as a member, represents community leaders elements 

Then, the members of the BPJS Health Board of Directors who are inaugurated are:

1. Ali Ghufron Mukti, as President Director

2. Andi Afdal, as director

3. Arief Witjaksono Juwono Putro, as director

4. David Bangun, as director

5. Edwin Aristiawan, as director

6. Lily Kresnowati, as director

7. Mahlil Ruby, as director

8. Mundiharno, as director

Meanwhile, BPJS Employment, the members of the Supervisory Board who are appointed are:

1. Muhammad Zuhri, as Chairman and member, represents the Government elements 

2. Kushari Supriyanto, as a member, represents the Government elements 

3. H. Yayat Syariful Hidayat, as a member, represents the worker element

4. Agung Nugroho, as a member, represents the worker element

5. Subchan Gatot, as a member, represents the employer element 

6. Muhammad Aditya Warman, as a member, represents the employer element

7. Muhammad Iman Nuril Hidayat Budi Pinuji, as a member, represents community leaders elements.

Furthermore, the inaugurated members of the BPJS Employment Directors are:

1. Anggoro Eko Cahyo, as President Director

2. Abdur Rahman Irsyadi, as director

3. Asep Rahmat Swandha, as director

4. Edwin Michael Ridwan, as director

5. Pramudya Iriawan Buntoro, as director

6. Roswita Nilakurnia, as director

7. Zainuddin, as director

After reading the decree, an oath of office is taken. The President reads an oath/pledge sentence followed by all the officials who will be sworn in.

"By Allah, I swear/By God I promise that I will be loyal to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will carry out all laws and regulations in a straightforward manner for the sake of my service to the nation and state. That in carrying out my duties, I will uphold office ethics, work as well as possible with a full sense of responsibility,” said the President dictating the oaths and promises followed by all appointed officials.

Closing the series of activities, President Jokowi accompanied by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin congratulated the Supervisory Board and Directors of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment followed by a group photo. Also present at the inauguration were Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung.
