The victim's family released the departure of the late Fabian Athaya (14), a junior high school student who died in an accident at the Pondok Kopi Flyover, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, sincerely.

Jarwis as the victim's uncle said that the incident was a disaster and had become a destiny for his family and the FA.

The funeral procession for the victim's body was filled with sobs from the family, the victim's school teacher, and the victim's colleague.

After the funeral was over, the victim's colleagues appeared to take a group photo beside the FA grave to document it as the last memory.

Previously, it was reported that the identity of the junior high school (SMP) student who died in an accident at the Pondok Kopi Flyover, East Jakarta, was finally revealed. The victim is known as Fabian Athaya (14), a resident of Cakung, East Jakarta.

At the time of the incident, the victim was riding a Yamaha-branded sports motorbike with number B 4928 TSR. The victim is a male student who will have a birthday on February 21, next month.

The victim was found dead in a traffic accident on Thursday, January 4, morning. The incident occurred at around 06.30 WIB, when the victim was about to go to school.

"The FA victim suffered serious head injuries to death at the crime scene," said Head of East Jakarta Traffic Unit Laka, AKP Darwis when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, January 4.

The FA's motorbike suffered damage to the right and left handlebars scratched by asphalt. The fatal accident began when the motorbike driven by the perpetrator and his identity was not known to walk from east to west via Jalan Raya I Gusti Ngurah Rai.

"Arriving at the Pondok Kopi Flyover, the motorbike was involved in a collision with Yamaha B 4928 TSR driven by the FA victim," he said.

Then the victim FA's motorbike swerved to the right and hit the road divider. Then it caused the motorcyclist, namely the FA, to be thrown onto the asphalt.

"The head hit the metal barrier. Meanwhile, his vehicle was thrown forward. The FA was seriously injured in the head and died at the crime scene," he said.

Allegedly Blocked Party Flag

It was said that the FA victim fell from the motorbike because it was blocked by the large number of party flags on the Pondok Kopi Flyover. The victim was found to be still complete wearing a white junior high school uniform and blue pants.

The victim's body bounced from the motorbike he was driving until it got stuck in the iron gap dividing the flyover. The victim's head got stuck in the iron.

Then by residents and other motorists, the victim's body was covered by the flags of the PDI-P Party and the Gerindra Party at the point where the victim was lying. Residents have not dared to evacuate the victim's body before the police arrived.

Head of Laka Satlantas East Jakarta, AKP Darwis confirmed the accident. However, he denied that the accident was due to being blocked by the party flag attached along the flyover.

"The victim died, because he was in a conflict with another driver whose identity was not known. (the motorcycle and motorcycle collision)," he briefly told VOI, Thursday, December 4, afternoon.
