Jealous, Man In Kediri Kills Girlfriend And Body Thrown In Rice Field

KEDIRI - The motive for the alleged murder of a teenage girl whose body was found lying in a rice field area towards the Jegles Cave tourist area, Keling Village, Surrounding District, Kediri Regency, East Java, has begun to be revealed.

The body of the young woman is known to have the initials IYL (15 years old), a resident of Sumber Pancur hamlet, A roundabout Village, Kediri Regency. IYL was found dead lying with a number of stab wounds on Friday last week.

There were at least four stab wounds visible on the victim's body. Three stab marks, including those in the stomach. Meanwhile, one stab was in the victim's head.

Head of the Kediri Police Satreskrim AKP Fauzy Pratama, said the motive for the alleged perpetrator to kill the victim was jealousy and deep hurt.

"buru because the victim was in contact with another man even though the perpetrator already considered the victim as a girlfriend," said Fauzy, Wednesday, December 27.

In addition to jealousy, Fauzy said that the perpetrator had deep heartache while making friends with the victim. The victim is considered to always say harsh words to the perpetrator every time a dispute occurs.

At its peak, at the crime scene (TKP), there was a dispute and an argument between the perpetrator and the victim.

"The victim said that the perpetrator was a prostitute, so the (murder) case occurred," explained Fauzy.

Even so, Fauzy still has not clearly revealed the identity of the male teenager who is also a close friend of the victim. He only briefly mentioned the initials of the suspect's name.

"The initials (of the perpetrators) TLM," he said briefly.

The Kediri Police managed to secure the perpetrators last Saturday after conducting a series of investigations. The perpetrator admitted his actions.
