KNKT Forms Investigation Team To Reveal Causes Of Aircraft Accidents In BSD

JAKARTA - Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT), Dr. Ir Soerjanto Tjahjono revealed that his party had made an investigation plan to reveal the cause of the PK-IFP crash that crashed in the Sunbrut BSD field area, South Tangerang, Sunday, May 19.

"So this team is in the office, they are consolidating to make an investigation planning," said Soerjanto when confirmed, Monday, May 20.

"Well, when it's there later, we know how long this investigation can be completed, we're preparing it," he added

However, the investigation plan could change if it received additional information about the plane that crashed.

"From the investigation plan, after it goes on, are there difficulties? So the investigation planning can change with the increase in information we get," he said.

Therefore, according to him, to conclude that the cause of the Tecanm P2006T type plane crash is still being collected.

"If the cause of the accident is too early for us, because we are in the stage of collecting data," he concluded

It is known that a lightweight Tecanm P2006T aircraft had an air accident in the Sunburst Field Area BSD, Serpong District, South Tangerang, Banten, on Sunday, around 14.09 WIB.

In the incident, it was known that there were three fatalities. The three victims were identified as Pulung Darmawan, a resident of Semarang, Major Suanda, a resident of West Bandung, Farid (not yet known from the area), consisting of pilots, co pilots and engineering.
