JAKARTA - The Odd-Even (GAGE) policy on several roads in Jakarta was re-implemented today, Wednesday, December 27. Previously, the Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya announced to abolish the Odd-Even policy in Jakarta during the Christmas and Christmas 2023 holidays which fell on December 25 and 26. The policy was based on a Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Manpower, and the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia on Day National Holidays and Joint Leave in 2023. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has also issued a policy through Pergub 88 of 2019 article 3 paragraph (3) concerning traffic restrictions with an odd-even system that is not enforced on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays stipulated by Presidential Decree or Presidential Decree. However, as of today, December 27, 2023, the odd-even policy will be re-imposed, for drivers who violate it, will be subject to fines both manually and manually. with an E-TLE camera (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement). Drivers who violate the odd-even rule will be subject to a maximum fine of IDR 500,000 in accordance with Article 287 paragraph 1 of Law No.22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. Odd-even will be enforced on Monday to Friday which is divided into two sessions, where the first session is enforced from 06.00 WIB to 10.00 WIB. While the second session is enforced from 16.00 WIB to 21.00 WIB. Currently, there are 26 sections. The roads that are enforced are odd-even rules, the following are the details: 1.
