JAKARTA - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has extended its operating hours to welcome Christmas Eve 2023 and New Year's 2023 (Nataru). The Transjakarta Fleet will operate until 02.00 WIB from normal to 22.00 WIB.
Director of Operations and Safety of PT Transjakarta, Daud Joseph, said the Transjakarta extension time policy had been adjusted to benchmark data from the previous year, including the addition of the number of Transjakarta bus fleets.
"On the night of Nataru, we will extend operational services and add bus fleets. This has been done several years earlier and is our current benchmark," Joseph said in his official statement, Thursday, December 21.
Transjakarta has also anticipated corridor 1 Sudirman-Thamrin which is the celebration point for New Year's Eve 2024 with the addition of fleets reaching 25 percent of the usual.
