Successfully Escaped From Tangerang Class II A Prison, Nurmawati Intends To Meet Her Parents In Lampung

TANGERANG - Tangerang Class II A prison head Yekti Apriyanti revealed the reason Nurmawati, a prisoner entrusted by the Karawaci Police, fled and returned to Lampung. According to her confession, Nurmawati fled from prison to meet her parents.

"He misses his family. That's why when he was found, he was at his parents' house," Yekti said when confirmed, Tuesday, December 12.

Nurmawati admitted that she had known that her parents were lying sick. Therefore, he chose to go to his hometown in Kasui Lama Way Kanan, Lampung.

"Alhamdulillah, he was arrested again at around 16.09 WIB at his parents' residence on Saturday, December 9, 2023," he said.

The inmate in the persecution case escaped by climbing the prison wall through a water toren.

"It is concluded that Nurmawati's detainees had fled through the wall. According to temporary recognition through the water toren. Just climbed into the durian wire," said Tangerang Head of Class II A Prison Yekti Apriyanti when confirmed, Tuesday, December 12.

Yekti also said that Nurmawati suffered scratches from barriers to barbed fences. Not only that, he also suffered leg injuries due to jumping from a fairly high wall.
